Review Burger King - Spotsylvania

The wait was worth it. Piping hot crispy french fries and whopper with melted cheese was loaded with fresh toppings. Drive thru line was backed up, I was glad my Whopper Meal with drink was on point.

Service was fine, but when I got the food home to my family multiple items were missing. Then my bacon king, which costs $2+ more than a regular big king, had basically no bacon on it (Pictured) really not happy about it.

All my food was cold. Send it back and the replacement was cold too. So then they microwave the burgers turning the tomato and lettuce into rubbery mush. Buns are cold like they just came out the fridge. Michael was EXTREMELY friendly though.

Hands down the best BK I have ever been to. Michael at the front desk is absolutely amazing. He is so hospitable and friendly. Greeted each customer like they were his friend, welcomed them back, told them he was happy to see them again, did everything with a smile, and even offered a cup of water to those waiting for their food. You do not see this every day. If he is not already a supervisor or manager then please recognize him. He deserves to be in some type of leadership role. The world needs more Michael's right now. Thank you so much for having him on your front line. He made my day yesterday and I am sure that I am not the only person that he had an impact on. Looking forward to coming back to this property, enjoying a delicious whopper, and of course seeing Michael again.

Clean place with friendly faces fast service not busy at all with plenty of tables available some kids enjoying the play area not too noisy. The place is very welcoming and has a good atmosphere I enjoyed my burger and fries, first one in a while. Bathroom is very roomy and clean no paper towels to dry your face just an air dryer for your hands. Overall I enjoyed the visit and will stop again if the urge for a quick hot meal arises.

We though it was for drive thru only bc of the line but we went to see and they were open for dine in but it was empty. We were surprised bc it was 1 in the afternoon. Our fries were very hot but our chicken sandwich was warm and the buns were cool. The chicken didn't have that crunch, and taste like our Burger king but all in all is was good and the people were very nice and the best manners and respect towards each other and the customers that I have ever seen at a fast food place. It was nice to see. I think they were just so busy at the drive thru so we would give this place a try again. Oh, very clean too

The food was fine and under the circumstances the staff was doing the best they could but the management was another thing. I'm not sure what female manager was on duty around 1pm but she straight up needs to be fired!! She was talking to a young male employee like a peice of dirt!! As well as using mf on the front line. Very unprofessional!!

The food is always fresh and hot served with a smile from the staff that has to be the nicest of any food chain. The facility is always clean and parking is a cinch to get in and out of with ease. I highly recommend this Burger King.

Today I went through the drive thru and I ordered a chicken biscuit, got home to enjoy my nice crispy chicken biscuit and i opened the wrapper, I noticed burnt crumbs coming off my chicken biscuit so I took off the top piece of the biscuit and noticed my chicken patty was burnt not only that but I called 5 times to complain about what they have served me and of course no one answered the phone so I have no choice but to leave this comment here.

Very disappointed, got the new philly cheeseburger and it smushed and flat and was basically just burgers and cheese on a long bun with a few cooked onions. Plus I got the Dr Pepper shake and it had no Dr Pepper flavor whatsoever

I'm so disgusted, I purchased Chicken Fries today and got home to find burnt sticks that at one time may have been chicken fries and they were cold. Probably left over from yesterday! Have some common sense, wouldn't even give these to my dog!

All the tables in the kids playroom had not been wiped down at all from the day before and when I asked to have someone do it, it seem to be an inconvenience.

Needs a SERIOUS cleaning. Gross. Won’t be visiting this location ever again
