It was good! The young guy at the window needs better customer service skills!! Don't tell me that I didn't pay after you handed me my card back and then tried to get smart with me when it was your wrong!! He tried to tap my card, but it's an old card that does not tap, and he handed the card back to me. When he realized it he came telling me the price again and telling me that I needed to pay! When I told him that I had paid he told me that I had not! He was swinging on the window and tried to puff his little chest out like he was big and bad!! When i corrected him (without being rude), he then noticed that he was in the wrong! Other than that the food was good!

I really appreciate how this place operates on the daytime hours. Order, get your order. Clean, solid experience. The area is sub par but this whataburger is run well although it could use a bicycle rack as I have to chain my bike to a tree or a gas meter to eat here.
Service is always great and I rarely have an issue with my order it’s almost always perfect! Major shoutout to Ms. Faye she has a wonderful personality and uplifting spirit topped off with great customer service she definitely should stay around!!!

this whataburger is back ! im very picky with my food on louetta, usual stuff around here is so bad and old quality , i came here for the chicken tenders with jalepeno sauce, and its so good and fresh its almost making me cry ....amazed at the quality of the chiken here and speed of service

Went there as a hungry American. I must say, their burgers are BIG! I could feel the weight of the bag with two burgers, no fries. The taste was good. It's very filing, too, unlike those from McDonald's or Burger King. If you're hungry, get one of these. The location was clean, safe, and inviting.
Quick breakfast. I ordered the breakfast on a bun meal. The coffee is ok, but the unit in the dining room was emptied before I could refill.
I got my meal at my table in about three minutes, with the tray of condiments; napkins and ketchup.
The hash brown sticks are soft and hot on the inside, crispy on the outside. I eat it with spicy ketchup. The bun for the breakfast was kinda squished, but it tasted well.

In this day and time of no customer service. When you receive it you should shout it from the rooftops! Whataburger provided excellent customer service today. They even had a young lady come around and check on ya a couple of times. GREAT job Whataburger!!
