I hate this location. My husband and MIL love IHOP and this location is closest to us. This location is always slow despite not being busy, food is mediocre at best and waitress is almost nonexistent. HOWEVER my husband and I ate here last night and the food was amazing! Went at 6am on a Saturday. Place was empty and clean. Service was excellent. Had the coffee and the breakfast sampler with sunny side eggs, with an extra egg. It was perfect! Kind of expensive for breakfast but it was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out hot.
Saturday around 12:30-1pm we went there as a big group they sat us at the end of the restaurant, the place was not very clean, a little messy and the server forgot us several times, I don't know if due to our location in the restaurant or what..... But the service was very very slow plus we were sat
We had breakfast today the food was delicious, had the eggs Benedict however it did take a little longer to get it . It was hot and I don’t blame the server she was kind and checking on us she apologized regarding the food was little late and we did see it was busy. I recommend the eggs Benedict was
Server was excellent despite the restaurant being "short-handed." In the Post-COVID lockdown "way we do budiness," I find most restaurants can't keep staff, good or bad, because Target and HEB will pay $14 an hour, while wautstaff STILL get "$2.30 plus tips"....

They had a Balloon Artist going around to each table twisting balloons for kids. I thought this was such a nice touch! This was on a Saturday morning. I love the new additions to the menu!
The food was delicious. I know it’s ihop and the menu is the same from location to location, but the items we ordered were a bit more tasty at this location than most we have been to.
The service was fast and the waiter was very courteous. We are looking forward to visiting again in the near futur
Service was great we were there around 6-7pm so wasn't packed. Food was good they changed up their burgers and the double with cheese classic I had was pretty tasty.
