Delicious food, great customer service... but be prepared for traffic jams worse than the Blue Route and Schuylkill Expressway.
I really do have to give credit to this location for their amazing employees and the customer service. At times, I wonder if this location has hired all the best fast-food workers in the area, forcing all the other local fast food places to hire the leftovers. The customer service here is incredibly refreshing, especially after going to any of the fast food locations down Baltimore Pike.
The great food and customer service comes at a cost though... absolutely awful traffic jams. Make a wrong turn in the shopping center and be prepared to sit in traffic for up to 15-20 minutes at times. Make a wrong turn after picking up your order... you might as well start chowing down and be prepared to re-enter the drive-through line to buy your kids another dinner after eating their meals too.
I had a great experience today at David's Bridal in Springfield thanks to Manager Angie and Kim. I felt special from the time I walked in until leaving in about a hour with a dress and accessories for my event next month. I highly recommend this store due to friendly, helpful staff that works together to take good care of you.
It’s always traffic and long lines to get to the drive thru but that’s understandable because it’s CHICK-FIL-A and what’s not to love. I just do my orders online click l’m here” when I’m 3mins away and by the time I find a spot to park. I’ll be out the store in 4-5 mins or less depending on how many customers are in the store. My meals have always been on point.
Consistently good... yikes, the chikfila sauce is 140 calories for that tiny packet! U need to bring back the chicken salad sandwich plz. It's time for kale salad to go.
