Chipotle is so good in love it. Only problem the grill looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a month,which probably is the reason the meat has so much flavor. I have no issue with that but the guacamole was old from the previous day. You can tell when it's discolored and crusty. They just mixed it up so I skipped that. They need to be cleaned,but good was great,I'll update all tomorrow see how it flows through me or if I throw up.

Here December 20th. I ordered and paid online for an 11:30am pickup and I get here at 11:25am. There’s a hand written sign on the door that says “open at 12:00pm” so I have to wait a half hour for my food with no option to get my money back and leave. My only option was to wait outside for my food or just leave without food or my money. What a joke! Who does business like that? They wouldn’t even come to the door to talk to me! The girl inside just put up her finger telling me to wait! I ended up waiting in my car because I wanted something for my money. Food was brought out to me (I don’t know how they knew which order was mine) after 15 minutes. What a joke of a business.

I ordered chipotle last night for the first time. I ordered 2 burritos one for me and one for my son we also got taco's and chips and guacamole I was soooooo disappointed 😞 my burrito was completely tasteless and that is because they didn't put cheese,salsa or sour cream on it! And yes ordered it as if that wasn't disappointing enough the "steak"tacos were ice cold and the meat was hard as a rock I will NEVER order from here again

Everything was very salty. The burrito, salad, guacamole, chips. Very little portions. Burrito barely had meat. Felt like i ordered from taco bell. Employees need to learn the six feet rule of acknowledging customers. No greeting, dead environment. Management is probably just riding the clock, until all he’ll breaks loose.

This location is in need of better management. Half of the employees seem to care and hustle and the other half act like it's an inconvenience that you're there. They should take notes from their other Springfield location or from Qdoba up the street. They're run much better. This location seems to pick and choose which days to completely close the counter for take out orders and the employees seem to take satisfaction in turning people away who come in to patronize the business. Newsflash, a good portion of your customer-base isn't tech savvy! They then are strictly app orders and fill ALL of them from the small assembly station using TWO employees while the others try to look busy. WHY? They should utilize all available stations so you don't have 10+ people standing around waiting for food! You also shouldn't have three employees taking a lunch break at once during the 12 o'clock hour, one of the busiest parts of the day.

I go here all the time and it used to be good but anymore between the staffs attitude and zero regard you even exist, you walking in I can see they are already rolling their eyes. It’s never clean any time I’m in there I stand there with no one in front of me and their are about 7 staff members who all don’t acknowledge you. Not to mention the rice is never cooked anymore it’s hard and you always need exact change at this location for whatever reason. Take the drive and just go to the one in media. Better service and better food. I love chipotle just not this location.

I love chipotle! I have been eating it for years, way before they were in Pa. I went to this location today and received very outstanding service. I get the same thing at every location. My favorite is the carnitas! It’s made to perfection,the flavors in the burrito are amazing!! I was helped out by a gentleman named Chris, he was outstanding in customer service. I was greeted by the cashier whose name was Nicole. I thank you for your time and great service!!

Well, I used to like this place. Good quality, good size, & good price. Quality & price are still the same. But for this bowl (pic attached) I paid $10.30 for. It's half full. What's with that? To expensive for the amount you get now.
