This target 🎯 location is nice. Spacious and very organized. I have visited this shop after a while. Found out very nicely decorated and plenty of merchandise placed in shelves. But unfortunately I couldn’t figure out what I was looking for because the isles identifiers are not properly placed so I had to check almost everywhere. Finally a gentleman from the store tried to help to locate the item. AC was out of stock but there is no way to figure out until you find the shelves by yourself. After almost half hour of searching I had to leave the store empty handed! But I was surprised to see that nobody from the store staff approached to see what we were looking for or if we needed any help!! Everything was great except the customer experience! I always look for friendly employees who care for their customers🥴🥴🥴
When we moved to the area back in 2014, I was so confused why there are two Targets right up the street from each other. Now in 2022, I am still so confused why there are two Targets a mile away from each other. On top of that, they're both clearly here to stay with the recent renovations.
Though the other location up the street is nicer, I prefer to shop at this location since it's smaller and allows me to quickly get what I need and head right out. The in-store pick up at this location is strange. You go to the customer service desk who then walks you over to another part of the store to grab your item. Staff here is also less friendly and helpful than the staff at the Springfield Mall location.
