I am very happy I found this place. This is a fantastic Italian restaurant.
This place’s inside is far arger than its outside. It is enormous.
They appeared to have a sizable reservation for tourists traveling in large groups. Our server then led us to the section that was set aside for walk-in customers.
Our server was excellent and very kind.
We selected Rigatoni Abruzzi and Shrimp Rossuni. Both were quite tasty.
I observe them baking the pizza in the enormous built-in oven. It appeared fantastic. Maybe I'd try their pizza the next time.
The food was amazing. our waitress was so nice and kind, her name was aster. Aster came back a lot of times to make sure we had enough drinks and bread. our food came out fast and i was very pleased!! I have been here before and will continue to come:)
Never been to this chain and we were looking for a quick Italian bite, it was located in the very comercial area across the Springfield town center but it was not crowded and it was Excellent Italian food, plates are large enough that you will probably end up taking food home. Food did take a little to come out even thought place was 70% empty but the wait was worth it. The chicken Alfredo was perfect, we came on a Saturday but we would likely come back in a week day for their lunch specials. Recommended!
Best experience! Everyone is nice and the food is amazing! Had the best conversation with our amazing waitress! Will be visiting again!
My experience it was awesome I came to this restaurant located in Springfield with my husband and my kids the server was very friendly and professional. The food was amazing the price is very reasonable, I love the musics was not too loud it was spectacular. It was a women right by the expo in the kitchen I think is the manager she is amazing and very multitask women she make sure the food are ready to be served. What makes me happy the most she came to our table and ask us how is our dinner and if we need any help also she gave my kids ice cream and they were extremely happy. She goes above and beyond. The manger is fantastic she is role model to the employee. If I am not mistaken her name was Fre she awesome manager🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😘😘😘
My Server and Bartender Shane was incredible. This was my first time and he recommended a great shrimp entree. It was amazing. Overall my experience was great! Thanks Shane!
We love this place! Their pizza is the best in the area (saying this as a pizza maker myself). We recently ordered for a birthday party, guests were impressed by the margherita and vegetable pizzas, kids loved the cheese and pepperoni pizzas . We had ordered wings too and they were packaged as gormet food - with pepper flakes and rosemary - they were so good! And they always pack rolls and infused olive oil, these are deliscious as well.
The complementary bread taste delicious, our waiter was really nice and she also mentioned the Tuesday pizza specials, All the food that we ordered taste good and it came out really fast.
Fantastic. that’s all I really have to say. from walking into the door to leaving the door it was enjoyable. not only was it fast it was amazing. I have ordered carry out multiple times and the food is just incredible. it’s still hot and very tasteful when I take it back home. great portion sizes and amazing quality.
Aster may be the best server EVER!!! She gave us menu suggestions and was very prompt. She also put up with my goofy husband. We will definitely be back!
Pretty good and better than I expected having driven by it many times. Bread and olive oil comes with meal, they we're fresh and hot.Service was good at entrance and the table. I had pizza, crust was flaky which I like and had good flavor. Wife had lentil soup was also good. I'd definitely go back.
Was a good night out with the family. I have no real complaints about the meal really, the waitress was friendly and nice, the food came hot and quickly. My only gripe is that the flavors are not like they uses to be. I don't know if it's the oils they use or different spices and herbs. If they can recreate the old flavors, I would definitely be there much more often. That being said, will not take away any stars as it is not exactly the restaurants fault. For what is was, what it is and hopefully what it can become again, it is a good value, good atmosphere and easy to get a good table on a Friday night.
Joyce was a helpful server and recommended the broccoli and chicken and the Big Papi pizza’s that were very good. The crust was crisp and delightful. Would definitely go back.
The food was great. Service with our server Eduardo was fantastic. He was very personable, attentive and so kind. He always ensured we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied with our meal. He should be recognized!
Overall good value and excellent food and service. Ever since they went to an uptown image and stopped playing Italian tunes, the ambiance isn't the same and kind of sucks at times.
We had an amazing experience with our dinner at the Bertucci's Springfield location. Friendly staff, clean place, cozy seats. Many thanks to our wonderful server, Aster. Very attentive to our food detail. We will be visiting again soon.
