I can’t believe what I just experienced.
Was waiting in line with my since 642pm,
3 employees working.
At 6:53 after waiting 10 minutes the rudely announced drinks only. Only drinks.
No I apologize we ran out of pretzels, mind you if u close at 7 u should fulfill ur entire menu.
Just absolutely unprofessional and rude they way the employees and that Franchise handle themselves.

I love it my favorite of the cinnamon bites and the they're really polite and they're actually really cheap. I have long lines but it's worth it. I really recommend this place it's so amazing!

4/6/22 @ 5:15pm..The gentleman working the cash register and taking orders was very rude, he threw the bags up on the counter, he was just very unprofessional.

Being a delivery driver for GrubHub and DoorDash it is important to get the orders out in a timely manner. I’ve picked up orders from this place a few times and they always state “we just got the order” even though I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes already. They need to do a better job of confirming these orders in a timely manner. I will no longer be picking up orders from them!

Customer service is terrible why are they closed and the mall is still open. Who ever was cleaning today was terrible rude . All I asked are you closed no response so I asked again . The rude young lady replied doesn’t it look like it ? The mall is open and it’s 5:00 why are you closing?

I give it 2 stars only because I like their product. Got to tell you my experience there, I gave my order and was told how much, I paid in cash by putting it on the counter. The women behind the counter asked me to hand her the money and I did. My curiosity got to me and I asked her I'm curious why did you ask me to hand you the money, thinking it might possibly besomething to do with covid. Her response to me was she felt disrespected. Is this something new ?

Nice sized location located inside Springfield Mall. From what I could see, everything including work spaces were clean and everyone near food was wearing gloves. I was a bit disappointed that the lemonade machines were down more than an hour before closing, so I chose a fountain soda, which is not what I wanted. My pretzel were great though ( I got cinnamon sugar). I would recommend, matbe just earlier in the day if you want lemonade.
