I love this place and my Grandkids do too! Great fresh food and kids eat free on Wednesday so it's become our Wednesday spot! So far the steak and blue cheese salad and the lobster crab bisque soup is my favorite!
I love this place! Great food with great atmosphere and it was clean. I had the club sandwich and lobster bisque, it doesn't get better than this. My new fave! Will be back repeatedly as often as I can.
The food is outstanding and service is exceptional. Clean and well arranged dinning room. It is also close enough to Cox South Hospital for convenience.

You have to take your family here. Some of the best fresh food we have had out in a while. They were quick and very friendly. Our food was outstanding and we have been back several times. The cup refill for .65 is sure to bring us back. We also reccomend the chocolate cake if you have a sweet tooth.
Good food, very welcoming environment, well lit with lots of seating to choose from. My husband got the BBQ pizza and loved it, he is very picky when it comes to pizza. I got the five cheese mac and cheese, it was filling and pired well with the cole slaw. It has a nice creamy texture and not overly cooked like some places. The cups are a decent size and you get to keep them, and if you bring them back you get cheep refills. They have a variety of drinks to choose from, Coke products, tea with the option of fresh sliced lemons, poweraid, and bottled drinks up front. We were very happy with trying Newk's for the first time.
The food is unique and delicious, best salads Iv ever had Hugh salads crisp healthy greens variety! Iced tea choices! Cozy atmosphere! Great quality food! Fun happy employees.

1st time here and our experience was good. From what I noticed the tables were slow to get cleaned off and the floor was dirty in multiple spots causing us to switch tables twice. On Wednesday night kids eat free with an adult meal purchase which is great. Everyone enjoyed their food and the girl who helped us at the front counter was very nice and helpful. We will come back!
Was with a group of friends on Tuesday for lunch. Several of us did the pairings, we loved the loaded potato soup, it was loaded and hot, which I like my soup hot. Some places don't have it hot. I had the chicken salad sandwich minus the Creole mustard, it was very good. The roast beef sandwich got good comments from those that got them. One had pizza and it look really good, she said it was very tasty also. Now, the lemon cake, I got to take home, all I can say is don't pass it up. It is moist, very good lemon smack, as my daughter says, there is lemon curd between the layers and a nice lemon glaze on top, oh is was so very good.
My kids, 3 & 8, loved the Lobster and Crab Bisque (soup). The staff went out of their way to help make our experience perfect. For a bowl of yummy soup (16 oz) split into two smaller bowls, 2 apple juices, and tax it was about $10. The bathrooms are clean and the hand-washing sink in the vestibule is convenient. We didn't have their cake on this visit but from our past experiences I can recommend it highly.
