Wow, excellent customer service!!! Just went to your E. St. Louis location in Springfield for dinner. I had mentioned to our server that I had lost our BOGO burrito coupon because I had just got a new phone. The manager on hand overheard and just gave us the deal anyway! No questions asked, lovely smile! I am extremely impressed by the service - you certainly have my loyalty and that lady needs a promotion!! Thank you! :D
