Bob Evans - Springfield - Photo album

We arrived at a good time, not very busy. Greeted and seated quickly. Drinks came quick and our server was attentive. That's all the good that came from this visit. The bacon displayed Sweet and Spicy was absolutely not what was pictured, it was bacon sitting in a pool of syrup and that's it. After
Wow. What a difference! This Bob Evans is amazing! Our server, Liz was so friendly and efficient. And she wasn’t the only one. Everyone worked together, helping each other, making sure that their customers were taken care of. Food was delicious.
I placed a door dash order and the driver called to inform they were out of banana bread, as a substitute they only claim the could offer biscuits (who wants biscuits in place of banana bread) also how do you run out of banana bread at noon? I requested to have the cinna-bread instead and they said

Solid service from Amber, but the restaurant seemed to be leaking leadership. The workers are doing what they can with what they've got. Food portions seemed like they'd
I had a very bad experience by the waiter and will not be going back. I spent $30 and ended up giving my whole order to a homeless woman. The waiter asked everyone but me if I wanted a roll, biscuit, or banana bread. I also waited like 15 mins before he came back to see if I was ready to order while
