Two stars only because it's good, but this is what I like to call a gyro taco. For $20 there's so many better options for gyros bigger than this that are just as good. Assuming that's why Illinois Times' Best Gyro of Springfield hasn't been a thing here since 2016.
Excellent gyros and service. Clean establishment albeit vintage. Forgot to put my sauce in the bag, but were quick to fix. I don't recommend the grilled chicken sandwich - it was quite small. But the gyros were fantastic! I highly recommend!
Great food. Everything we have had there has been delicious, and the prices are reasonable.
We love that you can also get the gyro meat by the pound.
The only thing I would change is that they would offer the option to get orders of the falafel only, not as a sandwich.

Usually your food is good and I look forward to eating it. However, today's experience was an exception. You missed half of my order and I even repeated it to you at the counter. For the inconvenience of having to drive back to pay for and pick up what you missed, I was compensated with cold dinner.
