Waiter was genuinely a friendly person with a welcoming smile and an attitude that had you smiling back. The food was so good I ate it all. Now I don't feel so good (I ate way to much). I think I'll be bloated for a week. ; )
Springfield has lifted mask requirements, and while guests are not required to wear masks to go inside, I saw that alot of the staff was still masked up. They also had plexiglass between booths which I see at alot of places. As for the food -- 5 STARZ all the way -- We ordered a Pig Out Tavern Doub
Stopped by tonight for dinner. Hostess dusted the table off into the seats to clean it. Waitress came and took our drink order....10 minutes later ..no drinks (we ordered water). There were only 3 or 4 occupied tables so not a busy night. Found waitress chatting up one of the cooks ...asked the host
Wouldn't know how the food is. We were seated right away and were the only customers in Red Robin as it was early. Waited 15 minutes at our table. No one even acknowledged us and when we walked out, the hostess had her nose buried in her phone and never even looked up. Will never go back.
Was awesome to sit down and eat in a restaurant again. It had been three months here in Illinois. Server was great . Service was fast and food was hot and good . I even got a birthday sundae to top off my lunch. All the staff was very friendly and that location has always been great .
Got the teriyaki chicken sandwich, what a wet mess. Wasn't even edible. Picked it up and the whole thing fell apart it was wet the only thing I ended up eating was the little piece of chicken that was inside it was terrible. A big waste of $17 for a meal don't think I'll ever go back
This is a fairly standard Red Robin. The restaurant is clean. The fries are all you can eat. The prices are a little bit high for the quality of food. However, you are paying for the atmosphere. The service was fair. I was informed that they no longer employ bus boys and it showed. The waitress was
