Food was good, but there were several things missed in our order. We didn’t received the chips or the pickle, and my salad didn’t have cranberries, when I specifically chose it because of them. As said, food was good and we enjoyed it, but we would have liked to know if those items were not available and have the option to pick something else. Review your order before you leave!!!

Restaurant was filthy inside. Ordered a Southwest Chicken and Avocado salad. They replaced the chicken with what they claim was a "substitute chicken product" without even informing me. Budding lunchmeat would have been a step up from what that product was. This quote above was directly from the Area Manger's email in response to a survey they sent me. Watched two other tables get refunds while we were there. Didn't ask for money back or have a desire for a free meal. Just want them to get their act together. Geniuses there sent me a survey about the experience. I answered it honestly. Received a reply from the Area Manager lecturing me that the survey is "This portal was built for positive feedback and to address issues." So if you don't want constructive criticism then only allow 5 star responses and nothing else. Love McAlister's but the Springfield IL Dirksen Parkway location is terrible. Really sad. Obviously the problem is from Area Manger right down the line.

Love how I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and ended up getting Chicken Salad. I never have good experience at this location. They never get it right.

I've never had a bad experience at MaCalister's. ALWAYS fresh and ALWAYS absolutely scrumptious! If you haven't given them a try it's an absolute MUST! There's nothing on the menu that isn't absolutely amazing!

Expensive for what is really a faux-high-end deli. However, the food was good and the sandwiches were filled with meat.

Drive thru service took forever and when we reached the window, our order was nowhere to be found. We had to order at the window again and then items were forgotten on our receipt. Worst experience and we are never coming back, the food is not worth it.

Took 45 minutes to get my order. Lady in front of me took an hour. After the wait they ended up making the wrong sandwich. They were out of most everything, but somehow the wrong sandwich they made contained the ingredients they just told us they didn’t have. The manager had no clue what she was doing or how to manage employees.
