The drive thru was efficient and the person was very nice and helpful , they greeted me with a smile and my order ( breakfast Frisco sandwich) was delicious and hot. Overall the surroundings was clean, food was great, and the person at the window was great, highly recommend this place

I was in Hardee’s on Christmas. This was excellent service. There was a concern. I overheard a young employee threaten to bring a gun back in when the manager told him to leave. At first I was scared with my kids there. Then I heard the manager call the police and say he would protect his employees
Food was great and fast. Customer service was great too. We went through the drive thru so I can't comment on the dining area.
Hardee's seems to never let me down, they always get my order right, the staff is always friendly and professional, if i had to list a con it would definetly be price, but even then its worth it.
It seems that Hardee's on the east coast has a different way because the same food just isn't the same in other places. The food was okay but just not as tasty as I'm used to? The onion rings were crumbly with a bunch stuck together. Just not what it used to be.
