This was my first visit to Samuel's. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Shannon was tending bar. She was Amazing. Very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Calamari with the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel draft. Good bar food! Located at the basketball hall of fame is a great spot for a quick bite or enjoy your favorite cocktail. Good variety off craft beer. Fast service

Usually I don’t go bars in Springfield area But this one is My favorite bar in western mass The staff are nice, and they have good variety of drinks and cocktails. Food is really good, drinks are strong. Although, the people who work here are by far the reason I come back here. They are so friendly, funny, and promptly get you everything you order. Love this place!!

Had the best chilli and margarita at Samuel's. So good those Margaritas were that I forgot the name of our server. She was awesome, though. It was delightful to have her wait on us. I'll sure be back. Thanks Julie for helping us have a great time. You are hilarious!

Samuels hosted an event for my organization, and I will definitely book this location again. The private room was very spacious, the food was delicious, and the servers went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Thank you to all, especially Gina for being an excellent planner!

Celebrated our 35th Class Reunion last night. Great Time, Wonderful Atmosphere. Food was Super Yummy, the Staff was Very Friendly Would Definitely Recommend & Will Visit Again when I'm Back in Town.
