Sat in the lounge area. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was served hot, and everyone was happy with their order.
We enjoy eating here. We usually sit in the bar area because of the sports on their TVs there. We have 2 locations near us that we go to. One is on Cooley Street in Springfield Massachusetts, and one is located on Riverdale road in West Springfield Massachusetts. Both are good locations. They have consistently good service and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is consistently good. Parking is adequate at both locations. The West Springfield location is a higher traffic area and some times there is a wait. Definitely recommend these locations!
Food was a great price point, had healthy options only thing is the waitress driwned the salad in dressing... When a hook up goes wrong. The second time we went we had the same server and she remembered us food was amazing again and we were in and out.
You know, I got to tell ya, I hadn't been to Chili's in a long time. Wasn't very pleased with the last couple of visits.
I was given a gift card at Christmas and finally decided to use it. I had the Boss burger and it was delicious. My girlfriend had the steak quesadillas and she thought they were delicious too.
They finally got rid of those terrible tile top tables that were impossible to get clean. Now they have a nice solid wood surface.
The food came out quickly and service was good.
I only gave 4 stars because that stupid pay at the table kiosk was so dirty, I asked our server to get it off the table.
Went here to celebrate success with my husband and son. Loved the mango presidente. The staff and manager work together to make the guest experience very relaxing and smooth.
Nice place to eat and the waiter really nice so friendly .. and the food was delicious, the only thing I didn't like much was the cheesecake
