I waited 3 hours to receive an order. I called the 1st time to check at the 1 and a half mark. Food arrived 30 mins after, they brought the wrong order with another address. I called they confirm they will be make the order and it will arrive in 30 mins. Called again once it reach the hour mark they told me they didn’t make the order they will remake it again. I ask to speak to the manager. we spoke he told me I only called once when I have call logs and proff that I called and he told me he can’t deal with this right now, what do I want him to do . While he is yelling at me. he is going to cancel my order and I will get my money back and hangs up the phone. I have had serval incidents with this restaurant and only continue to use them due to it being the one store that delivers to my location. Also my kids loves dominos pizza. I am very disappointed in this store and dominos for all the complaints and this store not improving.

I had to change my past rating. I went to this location again and let me just say it was a great difference from last time. The staff were lovely and super professional. I had a good laugh with them. The food was prepared with care and was ready on time. The food was warm and was clearly prepared with care. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I had a problem yesterday where I got the coldest pizza I've ever gotten from any place ever by a lot. It was so cold it was almost hard. I made 2 attempts to call and both calls went unanswered after about 20 rings each. I called the next day and a manager named Angel Gonzalez took care of the situation, apologized and said it shouldn't have ever happened, personally remade my pizza at no cost and sent it right out. That's customer service...

updated: the new owner reached out and offered to pay for our dinner. He really didn't have to do that but we appreciated it.
Low key robbery? Let me start of by saying the food is really good and the staff is friendly enough.
However, my family is the type that likes extra sauce and with those cups costing .40 cents here and there - it can kinda add up quickly. The problem is were not getting our sauces. Whether it's the side ones we ordered or the ones that come with the chicken there is always an issue.
Today was kinda the last straw as they literally just filled a bag with random sauces and out of all of them we could only use two.
It's embarrassing but we've probably lost at least 40-50 dollars within the last two years..
We've litterally called and told they will out a credit on, but that never happens, we've called the day we ordered and been like hey don't forget... That doesn't help. Like it's just frustrating and somewhat annoying.

Pizzas are sometimes good sometimes they look like cook doesnt even know how to cut a pizza into slices. Maybe they hire and not train well🤔
