They need more control over their computer systems at the sites. If you order a footlong ham sandwich ($6.69) and add pepperoni ($1), it rings up as a pepperoni sandwich ($7.09) and adds ham ($3)! It's a big deal to hold up the line for a manager to straighten it out. Great sandwich but no thank you
Did an online order to go pick up and bring home. Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch on artisan, jalapeno, extra ranch, salt/pepper, not toasted. Hubby went and picked up. When I open the sandwich, not only was it toasted, but the bread was so over done that it was hard. Brought the sandwich back up...
Good good but service is always average especially when ordering curbside. People who walk-in always get helped first regardless
Owners need to spend more time training & helping the employees…. Needs better owners… walk in to order a sandwich & employees ignored me while busy making online orders… I left .

Couldn't get my order done with the app so the sweet lady helped me get the BOGO50% and it saved me a small fortune. The service was with a smile and the sandwiches were delicious and just as ordered! Still have the special on so hurry in and grab enough for the entire family!
I found white hair on my sandwich last time ,whenwe went back to return it we realized no one wears a hair net . Went back to give it another chance and their lemonade was watered down 🤢 there was to many people behind the counter and still no straws in the front 😂
