I love this place! I am not a vegan and I honestly loved all the food I had here. I recommend the black bean burger and/or the nachos. The nachos in particular have this unique sauce and flavor to them and they just taste fresh and healthy. Such satisfying food. Also, the Kola Kombucha is great. Staff are friendly, good vibes all around!
Great find, truly a gem. Healthy menu, gluten free, vegan options are plenty with food and desserts. I stop here every time I’m in the area, it’s my savior for eating quality while in a small town.
We LOVE gingers cafe!! Such an amazing spot and we’ve never had anything we didn’t like. The vegan options are phenomenal and very fresh. We also love their selection of local vendors that they showcase such as Milk Society and Time Travelers Bakery!
A fantastic fall night at Ginger’s. The array of gluten-free, vegetarian, and healthy options are so rare for Utah, but Gingers has it all. I ordered a yummy salad and gluten-free goodies. The fall market and live music added to the wonder of it all. A new staple of mine!
This place was amazing. I did not expect to find a restaurant with so many vegetarian and vegan options. We had the mushroom burger and falafel wrap, and both were great. The sugar snap peas instead of fries were wonderful, and the vegan ranch was creamy and delicious.
10/10 will come again if I'm ever in the area.
Best chicken sandwich I've had in ages! Loaded with fresh veggies. Well seasoned chicken. Loved the snap peas as a side. Clean, chill atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. I can't wait to go back and try something else!
I guess this was a cafe leaning towards organic and vegan cuisine? Not a lot on the menu thrilled me. My daughter got a smoothie that was good, tart, but that probably meant less sugar. Our food was OK, not great and I felt overall the prices were expensive. Restrooms need attention, leaky faucets and a toilet that won't flush properly. It has a bookshop and herb theme going on, but my husband said the herbs were high priced compared to where he can get them elsewhere. 4 stars for staff and table care.
So many healthy things to try! So many vegan choices! We had the Greek pizza (which was good but could have used something more, maybe more sauce?), the spicy "chicken" sandwich with bell peppers that made it stand out, onion soup and tasty but messy grilled veggie sandwich. We'll be back to try more! We had to wait a little while to get our food, but that gave us time to wander through the store area.
Large, filling portions of nourishing, fresh, beautiful food, every time. Ginger’s has been my favorite spot for years and I miss it the most now that I don’t live in Utah anymore. The atmosphere is clean, cute and relaxing, complimentary hibiscus tea, gluten free and vegan homemade desserts, and great quality and quantity for the price. It’s delicious and I’d eat there everyday if I could.
We stopped by for lunch and loved all of the options on the menu. We were totally blown away by the rich flavors of the food. Usually I use a ton of salt and pepper - not needed here! So flavorful 🖤 Most loaded nachos I ever had. The price is insanely good.
We came here for a nice lunch and really enjoyed it! The hummus starter was really good, as were the main courses. Most of the menu is vegetarian, but there are a few meat-based options.
Vegetarian, vegan and some chicken dishes—all absolutely delicious! Ginger’s is exactly what it looks like: a restaurant and shop for those craving a healthy or reduced-diet foods. The flavor and presentation is just awesome in this cafe-style restaurant with huge windows out to old Springville Main Street. Every time I go I think that I’ll need to order extra because the servings won’t be filling and I keep forgetting that I don’t need more. It’s savory, fresh, colorful and textured. So good!
I just got the mini corndogs meal for my 2-year-old, and to convince him to eat it I took a bite. Genuinely, I said, "Dang, that's good." I ended up eating it all since he wasn't convinced, but reviews from 2-year-olds don't mean anything. Great stuff. Came with snap peas on the side. The BBQ sauce it came with was unique and good, too.
Ginger's has a organic & quasi-vegan menu which is pretty good, but not necessarily bursting with flavor—at least that's how I feel about the Thai lettuce wraps. Try the vegan nachos.
I visited Gingers seeking an iced coffee and sweet treat, and found an interesting experience. Although no coffee, there is hot and iced tea. I enjoyed a Crio Bru, which was a new experience for me. It paired very well with a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie.
I did not have a meal-sized item, however the menu looks amazing. Very "foodie", with salads, sandwiches, burgers, chicken, and salmon. Looks very much like a place I would recommend and return!

This place is fresh and the veggie sandwich is awesome! My husband got the turkey avocado sandwich and said it was the best he's ever had! Highly recommend :)
Very friendly staff and fun place to eat. They have great salads with meat or meat substitutes. They also have a great selection of sandwiches and drinks.
