Came here for a team building lunch. Lots of eclectic items throughout the restaurant. The place appeared clean and taken care of. Granted it was 11:00 AM so the day was just getting started. We immediately got our drinks and appetizers. The onion rings are the smooth outer crust kind. As long as they taste good and have a real onion inside, I'm good with this kind. So, I'm good with these! Service was fast and yes, there were others in the restaurant so I was impressed. I personally got the Hawaiian burger. I found it well cooked and flavored. Other items ordered were the chicken salad, Texan burger, Chicken Quesadilla, and others I can't remember. Everyone loved their meal. Overall a great experience and I would recommend!

Right from the start you know this place is gonna be good. The restaurant is built off of an old trolley. It’s pretty cool. The food here is even better. The salads are huge, like really huge. The sandwiches are great and the burgers are awesome. I’m a big fan of the Texas burger. Sweet potato fries are delicious and the onion rings are amazing. This is a place that I will definitely be going to again and again. Highly recommend.

Art City Trolley's burgers are absolutely delicious!! We also love their sweet potato fries. Dining in for lunch was great! We sat in the trolley and our kids loved it. We got the So Cal burgers, chicken tenders kids meal and quesadilla kids meal. Their fry sauce is a perfect compliment to the fries, chicken, and burgers. It's a little more expensive than we typically do, but it's great for special occasions. ($16-17 for a burger and fries)

Marshall was by far the best part of our experience. He was patient, kind, and didn't hover while we visited for several hours. The side salad was huge and very fresh! The entree salad I ordered was incredible. Tons of fresh greens, lots of chicken, and while I'm not a huge fan of dressing on my salad their ranch was really good. I ordered a side of garlic rosemary fries which were tasty but lacking in garlic flavor. Great food and wonderful service.

Art City Trolley is back! I've been going to the Trolley since before they expanded in 1996 and was a frequent consumer until around 2003 when I moved to north Utah County. While not as frequent, I was still an intermittent customer during the past 20 years for special occasions or when I happened to be in the area. A few years back I went a couple times and felt the food had lost its luster, so I hadn't returned since. But . . . my daughter's birthday, and her wish to return to the Trolley this week, brought the opportunity to wipe the slate clean and give an old favorite a new try . . . and it did not disappoint! The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was friendly and nostalgic (just like I remembered), and best of all - the food was fabulous! While not expecting much, I ordered the Bleu Hawaiian chicken sandwich and I was blown away by the juicy breast and flavorful ingredients that made up the best chicken sandwich I've had in years. And to top it all off, they even had a free dessert for my daughter (without the annoying singing to boot). My compliments to the chef, and my whole hearted recommendation to anyone desiring a fun and flavorful meal for the whole family!

We came here based on recommendation of family and we were not disappointed! For starters, we got the grilled garlic and rosemary shrimp skewers, burrata caprese, and 6 wings. All of which I would highly recommend! The shrimp was my favorite, but really, I can't say anything bad about any of them. I'm currently on a keto diet, so for the main dish, I went with the bleu bacon burger sans bun. The burger was juicy and very flavorful! I had to cheat a little on the diet to taste the garlic rosemary fries. We ordered both the regular and sweet potato, and I ended up having to order extra because the kids went crazy for them. Speaking of the kids, I was very surprised to see that even the kids menu items looked amazing! We got the grilled cheese and the mac and cheese. Both looked incredible! My daughter was raving about the mac and cheese, and always nice when you get a REAL mac and cheese, and not just Kraft brand. My wife got the Art City Special salad, and I would have to say that this is their signature dish! If you had to pick one item, I'd say this is the one to try first. I also ordered the ribs, as I'd heard great things about them. While I don't think they were the best of everything we had, they were really good. I'd say a 4/5 on them, as the flavor was spot on, and the meat literally fell off the bone, but they were a tad dry. For dessert, we let the kids get some of the homemade ice cream. Loved that they came in their own little glass container. Food alone would be worth recommending, but then add in the great decor and fantastic staff and it's easy to see why this place is so highly recommended.

First time here.... and I have mixed feelings about it. The food was yummy but we waited about 10 minutes to be seated and then about another half hour for our food. I don’t mind waiting, I understand that happens, but we went on our lunch break so I was way late getting back to work. So while I WOULD recommend their food, I would also say don’t go if you’re limited on time. Our waitress was really nice, it was a really clean restaurant, the food portions for the prices are very fair....I got the chicken Caesar salad and was surprised how big the salad was. I tried the chicken strips and the waffle fries my mom got and they were really good.

Great food. Really cool vibes. I was surprised at the food quality... Sometimes old school dinners don't focus on food. This is now one of my favorite restaurants. Go before the rush is possible. They can get busy.

They have lots of good food with large portions. I got the ribs, and while they were okay, they were a bit dry. I kept thinking that I could smoke better ribs than this. But I'll be back. Just you watch.

Amazing food, fun environment, lots of choices! I definitely recommend the onion rings, hot wings, salads, and quesadillas (which is all I've tasted so far). I will be returning again for more!

You would never know how great this place is from the outside appearance! They definitely need a fresh coat of paint because the food really was (mostly) great. We got the full rack of ribs which were a little dry, but still tasty. Side salad and side of Mac and cheese. Salad was so good - I believe they are known for their massive entree salads so next time we’ll try one of those. The Mac and cheese was their main flaw - overcooked pasta and the cheese sauce was funky, like perhaps they use a weird type of cheese but it wasn’t working. Husband got the Texas burger with a side of waffle fries (pay the $1 for the garlic rosemary version- worth it!) Burger was great - delicious and flavorful and the pretzel bun is a unique touch. Slightly expensive but worth the quality, I think we spent $46 including tip and didn’t get any drinks (and we did get the full rack of ribs). We will definitely be back!

We came early for dinner and had great service because our server kept our sodas and waters full. Also our salads and quesadilla were delicious and had a beautiful presentation!

This has got to be one of my favorite places to eat in Springville because of the variety of food on the menu and the quality. Another thing that I do like is it seems like the tables are spaced out enough to have a private conversation or a business meeting. It also does have a fun atmosphere when you get to sit out in the trolley that is attached to the building. I’d like to try different things on the menu here and haven’t been disappointed yet. The service has also been very helpful and responsive.

The staff was very friendly. They said there was going to be a 30 minute wait (expected on a Saturday night), but the wait was only about 10 minutes. This place had some of the best/most tender wings I have ever had. Everyone's food was a perfect 10/10. Such a great value!
