Last night about 7pm I was in the drive thru getting the child food. Their was a little line but nothing worth getting in a fit over. The lady over the intercom said due to being short staffed can you please give me a few. I said sure, no problem do what you need to do. She said thank you and I waited. I'm sure it was a very short time bc then I was placing my order. Paid for the food and went to the next window. I was greeted by the manager Summer who kept saying sorry about the wait. I told her it was perfectly fine I get it. She was so thankful that I wasn't mean about it. She was so polite and was doing her absolute best. Thanks Summer for that. Customer service in any form is hard but it seems these days fast food gets it the worst. Just be nice and patient they are doing what they can with the staff they have.
I liked my visit. The food came out fast. The only thing, I ordered 4 happy meals for the kids and they all got the same toy. They said they were out all the others.
I rarely do McDonald's but we were on the road. The young lady at the counter was awesome, helpful and a huge promoter for this storefront at 431 Marietta Rd, Springville, AL 35146. I wish I had gotten her name but I bet if you stop in you'll get the same treatment.
