When I think of this greats place I think of how lucky I am to have a bar when I tell the bartender “just make me something”. 2-3 questions later i have an incredible cocktail. Always the highest quality drinks! The staff are superb and the food is always on point. Often can find great musical entertainment at night as well.
Epitomizes the hole in the wall concept...very friendly, casual vibe. My first time without any idea what to get yet told Kelly the bartender I like vodka, cucumber and citrus in my drink and voila! Got a cucumber vodka gimlet, and then another. My friend got an artfully prepared smoked Manhattan. Don't forget to try their avocado fries in the bar food menu. Oh and they don't close until 2 am!
Loved the guy behind the bar who made my wonderful cocktails .He was very engaging and very down to earth and made you feel home. It's rare to find that type of great personality behind a bar. So when it was saying my goodbye to him I find the unexpected! He was the owner of Odd Birds Bar ! And that made it even better to see a owner making cocktails and getting to know his customers. He is the reason why I will continue to go there. Besos!

There’s something to be said about a bar that has never served a bad drink. This is one of those magical places, to make even the occasional drinker feel warm and fuzzy inside. Good spirits and well crafted cocktails do that to a person.
Odd Birds is a bar that’s leading in a league of very few professional places to frequent and have a “real” drink. But to say that they have “hit a home run” in the up-and-coming (and upon us) craft cocktail movement is a severe understatement.
Every cocktail is measured and crafted to perfection, down to the garnish. Every bartender who stands behind Odd Birds’ bar has years of experience in the field of concocting some extremely tasteful and jaw-dropping cocktails. But there’s one fact that seems to separate this place from other bars to go to, or other places to work: as an employee, if you don’t care about the people you’re serving, and if you don’t care about making sure every drink you make tastes heavenly, you need not apply here. As a customer, every staff member will take the utmost care of crafting your drinks to perfection, play your choice of music while you partake, and even take the time to converse with you and simply talk shop.
Odd Birds has most certainly and quickly become one of my favorite bars in all of Florida, hands down.
Hands down my favorite bar in Saint Augustine. Funky and eclectic . You tell the bartender basically what you want and he concocts a master piece for you. there is a comfortable little courtyard sitting area with sofas and tables. Its like a out door living room. During our stay , we were constantly drawn back for more hand made cocktails. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Being an odd bird myself , I highly recommend Odd Birds.
Probably the most knowledgeable mixologist around, excellent selection of spirits and to accompany your craft cocktail, a great menu, from which i always get the most delicious chicken arepas! My visits to St. Augustine are not complete without stopping by Odd Birds. Love it!
Great location and perfect atmosphere! Watching the bartender custom make cocktails to each person is like watching art being created! My new favorite place in town!

Really cute bar with a very diverse clientele. Because of the size, it can get a little crowded, but not enough to feel claustrophobic. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to drink, so I allowed Josue to make something for me. I’m not sure of the drink’s name, but it was the best drink I had all night. Prior to my visit, I went to three other bars and thought Odd Birds was the best bar of the night. I really look forward to my next visit and the other yummy drinks I’ll discover.
This place is on a whole different level of bartending I never knew about, and Josue is the best!

Great music. Perfect atmosphere. The drinks are truly amazing. The bartender is fun to watch, very educated in craft cocktails, and personable.
Budget Healy assisted our group with reservations for 10. We had a great table and I believe it was Jessica who was our waitress. The food and service was good. The back room for events is neat and we would like more information on pricing, etc. The menu variety is good for any taste.
This place is a must visit in St Augustine, the atmosphere is great, and the service is outstanding!
It has a full bar where you can order anything you like or let the bartender surprise you.
And the food was so tasty, their kitchen is a great fusion of Latin cuisine, simple but delicious.
Excellent atmosphere and service. Johan and Seth are masterful and will flashily make you a cocktail you won't forget. I can't speak for the food, but it's probably great as well. But come for the cocktails. Just tell them what you're craving (sweet, sour, spicy, etc.), and they'll whip something excellent up for you. I can't recommend this stop enough!
Stumbled upon this place when everything across the river was a 2+ hour wait.

I went twice the same day. For lunch and to hang out at night and it is a super cool spot with high quality cocktails and amazing environment with live music. Must recommended for your trip to St. Augustine.
We randomly walked into Odd Birds for lunch and immediately fell in love with the overall vibe. It's tropical / fresh but not overly on-trend. We shared a ton of plates, and all minus 1 were excellent. I would drive back from St Augustine to eat 1 (or 4) servings of the tequenos. Service and drinks were on point as well.
just cute n quirky like it's name. Michaela waited on us, and she was kind and enthusiastic!
my dad had the pork empinadas as an app, and I had the octopus salad. the octopus was tender and the mix of peppers and vinegar made the whole dish refreshing. as my main I had he half chicken with grilled zucchini - a little smoke to the chicken, it was juicy and delicious - the zucchini brightened the whole dish. my dad had the salmon and really enjoyed the sauce that accompanied it.
we have two slices of carrot cake in the fridge that we had to take home, but couldn't pass up.
drinks were spot on. definitely visit this charming restaurant if you're in st. Augustine!
We went to Odd Birds for lunch today and sat outside on the shaded patio. Such a unique, pleasant vibe! The drinks were great, the rotisserie chicken was delicious and that mac and cheese is to die for! Haley was our server and she was outstanding!.. so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us great advice both on what to order as well as where to check out while we're in town. She was such a pleasure to speak with, and left us very satisfied! Would highly recommend Odd Birds (and Haley)! 😁
