The server was sweet but not very good. After placing an order and confirming what is on the food, it was brought out without the same. There was a long time before the server checked on us again. She was very nice but I doubt we will return.

By now everyone has probably been to a Cracker Barrel, but if you haven’t, they specialize in southern comfort food and breakfast. Just about everything on the menu is good, with fair prices.
For breakfast I highly recommend Uncle Hershel’s breakfast, and for lunch/dinner I recommend the Sunday Chicken, but really you can’t go wrong.
Service at this location is always good and the staff is friendly.
If you go here on a weekend, depending on the time be prepared for a long wait, it can get fairly busy. However, you can browse around the country store/gift shop while you wait :)

My husband really thought the fried fish was excellent and will diffently have it again.
I had the Pot Pie, there was very little vegetables but it did have a lot of chicken, the gravey that was covering the chicken was tasty.
The staff was very friendly and accomondating .

I had the maple bacon chicken tenders & it was a very nice meal. Next time I'll try the grill chicken with bacon strips. The little country store is also neat. Lots of fun things to see!

First, let me say that the food and service were both great. I always enjoy this store, and this last visit both were good.
What concerns me is Cracker Barrel's inclusion of alcohol. This is my first visit since they started serving it, and for that reason. Prior, my wife and I would dine at Cracker Barrel at least once a month, usually more. Since their offering alcohol, it discouraged us from dining there. For Mother's Day, we decided to eat there. Like I said the food and the service were great. I was very put out by the presence of the alcohol. It wasn't merely offered, I felt it was thrown in my face. There was a sign hanging by the hostess stand advertising it; the hostess had to go through all the alcohol offerings before she seated us; the waitress suggested it, and as can be seen from the front page of the menu, it was highly pushed. There was also a card on the table that advertised it. It just seemed like they were all about the alcohol, and I'm not all about that. Honestly, I can't say that I won't be back, but it will definitely influence my choice.
It also seems to be affecting their business. Last Mother's Day, we dined with Cracker Barrel and had to wait almost 2 hours for a table for lunch. This year, it was less than 10 minutes. And, funny enough, out of all the tables I saw that day, only one had alcohol. Cracker Barrel, I think you need to forget this foolishness and get back to what made you: good country cooking and family values. If it's not already, it will hurt your business. It's already hurt your image. People think of you differently.
And, I did reach out to Cracker Barrel corporate. I received a form letter back. It looks like the company is headed in a bad direction.

Perfect place for breakfast. The early crowd is loads of single men all eating alone. All facing the same direction! Kind of comical! As time went on more families and couples arrived. The food is good old reliable. You can always count on Cracker barrel, right? Tricky to get to, set way back. Our waitress Brandy was enchanting and delightful. Wanted to be best friends! She made all the difference.

Arrived 10 mins after opening and already 3 parties ahead in line for the wait list. Got a table at 7:30, ordered at 7:40 and food arrived 15 mins later. Linda was friendly and the food was delicious!

Our server, Marlene was very accommodating and efficient. The food was outstanding.
My pinto beans were just the right consistency, the okra was tender and cooked perfectly, and the baked sweet potato was well done and served with only the special butter as requested. All portions were what I expect, but don't always receive, from a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. They weren't skimpy or stingy.
This Cracker Barrel, number CB0289, was exceptional. We shall certainly go there whenever we are in the area. By the way, they now serve beer, wine, and mimosas, although we didn't partake of any.

Very disappointed in the Hwy 16 Cracker Barrell. Didn't wait long, a plus: waitress quick, another plus: food out promptly, wow, this is great. Then half way done..."would you like a box for your chicken?" Uh no, still eating...5 minutes later "would you like a to go cup for your water?" Nothing like the feeling of being pushed out the door! And then the manager followed me out the door as I left with my purchase, which I was never asked if I wanted a bag. Love Cracker Barrell but another experience like this would definitely give me some serious heartburn.

The food was good and our server attentive. But it was dinner time and one of their everyday sides was unavailable. My server apologized that the Brussels sprouts 'n kale salad wouldn't be ready until 7 pm. Makes me wonder if there's some weird late night Brussels sprout cult

I got a to go order today and when I got home I noticed the order was messed up a bit. I called and spoke to the manager (I believe Juan was his name) and he handled my situation with such kindness and concern. He remade our whole order and threw in a couple desserts. He displayed some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Moments like this retain customers in a situation that could have easily gone the opposite way. Thanks for your service and help!!!

We had the sweetest and kindest waitress. I do not rememeber her name but she was a very nice young lady. Polite and they were busy yet she was still very quick and efficient. I’d recommend this one to anyone

Sampler plate. Chix and dumplings had 1 piece of chix. Had to ask for muffins and cornbread that was ordered. First visit..... Meatloaf was great. Turnip green w/ham rocked. Okra was a little dry

Cracker barrel should get location signs to get the restaurant. Other than that. Brittany our waitress was so nice and accommodating. She was able to get me cucumber salad even though they no longer carry it. Thank you Brittany for making our experience great. Ask for Brittany as a waitress when u go.

#1 the entryway has toxic chemicals & very heavy perfumes. Most people were getting sick prior to getting into the food area
#2. Dirty, floor, bathroom, table. I even noticed multiple dead bugs.
#3 We had to wait 8 minutes for anyone to come see us and take our order.
#4. They said you get free bisquits, however I never saw any.
#5 The food was cold (mac n cheese, potatoes and hashbrowns).
#6 The main dish was garbage. My meatloaf looked like and tasted like Alpo dog food.
#7 I could continue but it only gets worse, from the bathrooms to the parking lot.

This place is disgusting and the worst I've had ever. Below is a picture of their meatloaf.

Went there last Friday night. We were seated right away but the table and surrounding area smelled like urine. The waitress agreed and moved us to another area. The table we were then seated at had the finish worn off of the top and the floor was filthy. Got up and left. Most Cracker Barrels are nice and clean, not this one. Won't be back here!!!

You guys have to cook the meat on different cooking areas! My turkey patties tasted like HAM! Gross!

Wassup with this ?. Eaten at a bunch of Cracker Barrels while traveling various interstates. Normally they're a source of fast, affordable and plentiful southern style food with good service.

Our lunch visit February 17 was marred by lukewarm food served not as ordered by an indifferent waitress. We complained to management who in fairness comp'd the meal but the whole experience was not what we've come to otherwise expect from the chain.

Great Food!. All I can say is that we have tried almost everything on the menu and each time all the food was quality. I love this place, especially the mea tloaf dinner, yummy!
The place is always so crowded though which kinda sucks, so sometimes we order take out.
I wish they could expand the area more or have a little less tables in the place so everyone wasn't in each others ways. Other than that, GOOD FOOD!
