Sonic obviously don't care about their reputation of their franchise. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. I was very disappointed when I got home. The bread was soggy, lettuce looked old and of course no bacon . The sandwich was almost 8 dollars and to top it off waste gas to take it back.
The last 3 times I've gone here the people working I felt sorry for because they had to deal with all the people and attitudes because they was out of so much stuff. Hotdog was lukewarm but cheddar peppers were good. There were only TWO people working on a Friday night. The wait was bad but the worker at the window had to make the food and handle customers. Absolutely outrageous. Maybe they pay bad (my assumption) but that's no excuse to overload your employees.
