These pretzels have the best texture and flavor. The dough is soft, salty, buttery and slightly sweet. I would take this pretzel over an Auntie Anne's any day. Pretzel Twister is the best! It's one of the only reasons I would even go to the outlet mall, since that happens to be where it's located.

Amazing!!!
Way better than aunt annies or any other place ive been to its fresh soft dough and sweet. I'll be going here every mall trip from now on.

We are from the Philadelphia area and have been looking for Philly pretzels since moving here. We drove down from PVB for pretzels and it turns out these are exactly like Auntie Anne’s- basically buttery doughy rolls. If you like Auntie Anne’s, I guess they’re ok, but they’re nothing like a real soft pretzel. So disappointed.

Horrible!!!! Two employees wanted to avoid work so bad that they made up a story not to make any more pretzel bites without salt. I offered to buy all they made fresh as so they would not go against their "store policy." And they said that the ones in the glass were the last for the night. After I requested the store manager they backed off and said that they wanted to make them. I asked for the manager again and they said that they could not give out the number. Don't waist your time with this horrible customer i sure won't.

Extremely rude woman working there.
Burnt offerings 😮
I asked if they had anything that was not burnt and was told that's the way they have to cook them. I suggested they turn down their oven. Then I was totally ignored. Bad, bad customer service and inferior food. It didn't used to be like this. They used to have pretzels that were not burnt.

Very nasty looking, I ordered an almond pretzel and one part of the pretzel wasn't baked enough so there was dough drippin... I prefer Auntie Anne's. Workers seemed very unpatient.

We were visiting this mall for the second time. We ate a couple of pretzels with cheese sauce and a refreshing Coke..it was delicious, friendly staff. .comfortable place to shop and relax

Not sure what the lady from Philly was smoking. Their pretzels are way better than Auntie Anne's
