Extremely slow service considering we were the only customers inside the store. Then the fun began. Crazy woman came in. Broke some ornaments and attacked an employee. Cops came. With so much gun violence these days, we were afraid we might be next.
Now I know why I don’t frequent fast food joints

Literally the worst experience we've ever had at a McDonald's. We placed a curbside pickup order at 3pm on a Monday. The place was barely busy, we literally waited 17 minutes in the car for someone to bring the order out, which never happened. We went inside and the order was being bagged then slammed on the counter like it was such a big order it was literally 3 sandwiches. When we asked why no one ever brought out our order, we were told it was held up because of one apple pie we ordered.
Why let the food sit there getting cold for 15 minutes, instead of bringing it out and telling us about the 15 minutes wait on an apple pie? We would've just asked for something else. They were frazzled with literally 3 cars in line... How difficult can these simple orders be where it takes more than 15 minutes to prepare and the entire order was still completely wrong.
They gave us a double quarter pounder no pickle, instead of the big mac we ordered, when we confronted the manager, she was extremely rude, name was "Jaime" then took the sandwich and gave it to the correct customer, after we had already inspected the sandwich instead of throwing it away, which is a big food safety problem... Overall a terrible experience, it wasn't busy, no reason to be frazzled, terrible management, they were completely oblivious to our 20 minutes of waiting for a simple curbside order...

Wow!! I just had to share my experience this morning. The man at the payment window was so incredibly polite and friendly, the man at the pick up window was so incredibly polite and friendly. I stopped going to this McDonald’s in August 2021 because the older woman with long hair who worked the pickup window was beyond rude and unprofessional and the fries had kitchen flies fried onto them…. but they really changed! Everything was hot and fresh. All the staff was so nice.

Cleaning the ice cream machine in the middle of the the afternoon rush an a beautiful sunny Saturday... Look like a loss in a lot of shake and ice cream sales and since when did one machine make both shakes and ice cream cones???? Slacking y'all come on get it together. Y'all shaming the memories of when I worked at this exact same store years ago. I'm a local so I will be back again I'm sure we love the beach.

Not a good experience… I don’t know where the staff members heads were, but somewhere other than at work. My wife’s chicken sandwich was burnt and when we brought it to managements attention and wanted to exchange it for a quarter pounder, we were told no and we’d have to pay the difference. The reason, she had taken two bites… horrible service.

This is a really small McDonald's for the area. Very cramped. The nuggets were crispy and good, the burger was almost hard. Skip on the sweet tea, it had a fishy taste 😬

Poor service
There’s a lady at drive through that makes everyone wait between cars a certain amount of time on purpose
She’s friendly and seems nice but needs to be told not to pause for long periods between orders
The cars back up and no one seems to care

Doors say “come on it” but they’re locked. So forced to wait in drive thru line and waited over 15 minutes barely moving before even getting to place my order. Absolutely ridiculous. 1. Take the “come on in” sign off of your door and replace with dining room closed if you don’t want costumers in your store. 2.if you’re going to force your costumers to waste gas idling in the drive thru atleast make sure your employees are making it move at a reasonable pace. 3. If you’re going to make your costumers wait for eternity in the driverhru line, atleast give them food that isn’t cold and get their orders right. With the door closed I was forced to keep the wrong and cold ordered because I wasn’t about to wait another 20+ to hop back in the drive thru line. How this store is still in business is beyond me.

The staff very rude and food was cold and the employee and her whatever where fighting across the counter and and they gave food to there friends that walked in way after I don't ever complane but that place was bad
