Terrible service!!!! It was very slow. We waited 30min + for fast food! They can’t get the orders right between customers. We got our foods after the people that order after us, and got the wrong bag of foods only realized that after we had put the foods on the table and kids started eating it after waiting for 30min. Then the worker gave us attitude. We brought back the rest of the foods left in the paper bag and she tossed the foods into a garbage can 2 feets away, nuggets spilled on the floor.. didn’t get picked up even after we were done eating. Needless to say it wasn’t a pleasant meal. The lobby was dirty with table not wiped. We almost just want to get refund. Would have give 0 stars if there’s an option.

if I could give this location a Lower rating I would. Every single night of the week they have some reason they are closing the drive through early (even before 10). It happens so consistently I actually started filming us rolling up before hand to see what their reasoning is tonight. They’ve given every excuse under the sun, even that “they are out of meat”. A fact that the day shift the next day said was absolutely not true. Do not expect to get food at this location because you will be disappointed every single time. This has been going on for over a year. Staff is extremely rude if you get the rare chance to actually speak with them.

When they started doing breakfast I gave it a try and loved it, Now after a few tries (hoping it would be like the first time) it consistantly is worse. If I owned it, I would fire everyone and start over. They gave up at this Wendy's. The other reviews are correct.

Went this morning at 830 am for breakfast!! I got a plain bacon biscuit the biscuit was hard and no edible and fries were so salty! My friend got a baconnader it was so small and had only sausage and a piece of bacon on it nothing like it is suppose to be ! No eggs cheese or anything! It’s sad cause I love the breakfast there but not anymore!!

This Wendy's has the LOWEST available customer service. Their screens going down in the middle of an order?? I doubt it. Unprofessional, and lying to clear your DT line?? Even Taco Bell has better standards and will atleast serve sloppy food vs nothing at all. This store needs to either be shut down or re-staffed because these employees have NO idea how to run a store effectively, and this comes from a prior GM of a fast food location.

I came at "shift change" 5pm. I was told that we will need to wait 15 min. I came back in 10 min, and was told the exact same thing! 🤔 I wonder if this Wendy's is losing business? Taco Bell looked quite busy...as well as other businesses

If I could give zero stars I would. At first I tried to go inside to place my order. The door was locked even though it said dinning room open. I then went thru the drive thru. They said they couldn't take any orders and needed 10 minutes to pre pare. I understood and waited my ten minutes. I came back around. I went to order 3 different orders because I have 3 different forms of payment for 3 different people. She then says I can't do 3 different forms of payment in the drive thru. I told her that her dinning room is closed or I would have. She says I know. I said how am I supposed to order. She says I'm not going to put that much work on my employees. ITS THE SAME AMOUNT OF WORK. So I told her I'll take my business else where. As I pull off you can here over the speaker her talking bad about me after she refused to service me because I had 3 orders.

On my way to work I stopped for a burger and some fries I work at Home Depot which is right across the parking lot. Get to work burgers ice called fries are ice cold drink is flat and I got the pleasure of looking at the front of some guys underwear standing in the drive through with his pants sagging.
