Went for an early morning breakfast with my teenage son, 7/8/21. Denise was the sweetest thing and we've never had a breakfast come out so fast. Definitely not your typical IHOP experience. Clean, friendly, and fast. She really helped start off our day of exploring on the right foot.

Simply excellent service and food; top 10 breakfast ever. The restaurant was very busy, but you'd never know it. This IHOP is run like a fine tuned engine!
Denise is phenomenal and we recommend requesting her when you go. However the GM, Nicole, is epitome of bad management. Rude to guest and to co-workers in front of guest. I would re-evaluate the GM placed at the 5001 Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach, FL 33706 location if the restaurant wants to continue to

As soon as we walked in the door we felt right at home, we were greeted promptly with a smile even though they were very busy. Out wait time was less than 10 minutes (party of two). As I was waiting I observed the 3 cooks working together like they were family (in a good way lol). Everyone was busy
