Let me just say this is the best southern style BBQ I've had in the Tampa Bay Area. The food is excellent. The service is always friendly and prompt. The pulled pork is divine. The mac-n-cheese and collards are must have sides. The outside is unassuming, but the food is delectable.
Until tonight I have never had Memphis style BBQ, and I'm certain that I will be ordering from these guys again. Everything was great and homemade. Much better than the chain BBQ places. I also appreciated the discount for having a gym membership. That's a nice touch. They apparently want their customers to live longer. ;)

The tender meat is trying to escape from the bone. Dry rub authenticity. Overly fair prices. Craft beer and cocktails. You don't need a road trip for BBQ this good.
