Ichiban Japanese Restaurant - St. Petersburg - Photo album

So I've always enjoyed eating at the Ichiban chain so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were close in an area I was visiting. The Tampa location on Fowler was amazing! I got the Yaki Soba, I believe it was, and it was fantastic. A delightful mix of vegetables and thin noodles cooked to per
Mostly eat the sushi here. Each time I grab two regular rolls and try a new specialty roll. They have all been great so far. I really enjoyed the two friends roll. Lucky this place is so close. Usually 45 minute wait on sushi orders so call before you are starving but worth the wait each time.
Been going here for a few weeks. Always order salmon avocado roll. Which is 5.75. The lunch special was 11 dollars last week. Which means I was saving a bit of money getting two of those rolls. Even though they won’t give you miso soup since they are still “take out only” for no reason. Today we get
I only had sushi & dumplings but omg it was SO good! I’ve had sushi from all types of places but this right here had to be the most flavorful & fresh tasting sushi I’ve ever had. And the dumplings were also scrumptious!
We ordered beef fried rice, Ichiban boneless duck in panang curry, chicken panang curry, spicy tuna and keywest sushi rolls. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. We will definitely be back.
This is our favorite restaurant in St Pete. Nice and friendly owners. I’m a big sushi fan, which I highly recommend. Curry and all else is good as well.
After driving all the way to this restaurant we discovered that they are still only offering take-out due to COVID, despite their profile claiming otherwise. We decided to try another place instead.
Unassuming Japanese restaurant located just outside of downtown St Pete. The sashimi dinner was huge and well priced! My yellow tail wasn't super fresh but everything else was!
