I drive for a delivery service and they NEVER have my order, they always allow me to stand there for 20+ minutes and then tell me that "they never received the order" if you don't want to work with Uber eats or door dash then don't! I Doordash so I see a lot of fast food places. I currently am standing here waiting on a order. I am impressed how well everyone is working together. Every worker appear happy and expressing excellent customer service skills. They are slamed and working like a well oiled machine!
I just ordered 10 piece nuggets with buffalo sauce, a large fry and a quarter pounder meal with an extra sprite but you guys somehow failed to put my 10 piece nuggets in the bag and I had assumed that it was in there underneath the fries after I saw the buffalo sauces in there. I give up cant never get a hot burger. Its so bad the cheese makes it even colder.. Smh. Where can you find a good burger anymore. Oh yeah, the wait time is so high you would think it would be right. Well I ordered just a fish filet and and a double cheeseburger through the drive-through.
I had to park and wait for the food that took about 15 minutes.
The whole idea of using the drive-through is because I'm in a hurry working And in need of a quick lunch.

The new manager has done wonders here. I already liked it before that anyways. The staff has always been very kind to me. And the gentleman that cleans the lobby and stuff always has a smile on his face. I'm disabled with a service dog and a walker and he ALWAYS holds the door open for me.
