Always one of my favorite places to eat. The food was great and the staff was friendly. This location does have a slightly smaller dining room then others but also has a larger kitchen.

The grilled chicken here is very good. We have tried other things and been disappointed but will be back for the marinated bone in grilled chicken. Sides were a bit small and just typical fast food but the chicken saved them. If you have to eat fast food try this place.

This brand new location is next to Longhorn Steakhouse, in front of the Tyrone Square Mall. The food was really good, and the employees were very nice. I had the pulled pork sandwich with corn casserole. It was my first time to a Pollo Tropical and definitely won't be my last. Loved it!
