They were extremely busy about 45 minutes ago so I went inside to order. I ordered on the kiosks and patiently waited for my order. It took a bit to get my food but every employee apologized and was extremely polite. I also order customized food and my order was prepared perfectly! And it was fresh.
This store is always a joke. I think I've gotten fresh burgers ONCE, the rest of the time they're dry, leathery and NOWHERE near temp to even be serving legally or safely.
I've done this multiple times with professional and calibrated thermometers. Hot food must be stored and served AT or ABOVE 140°
Whoever is running this place needs their head examined. Was refused mobile order because their system said my phone wasn't "close enough" top the restaurant. Have done this order successfully a dozen times in the past year with no issue, even leaving the phone at home. Wasted my time driving out.
I go there allot because it's close to my house. I say it was only good because I ordered a classic egg McMuffin and got a sausage McMuffin. Classic is the he one with Canadian bacon in case no one knows anymore. Including the staff.
