They only take one drive customer at a time. So they will take your order and tell you to pull up. Then proceed not to take another drive thru order until the previous cars pulls away from the window. Its takes 20+mins to go through the drive through.

One of the worst customer services I have experienced. From the beginning the lady was very rude at the drive through. She didn't give us the correct order. When asked for my coffee she snapped at us. Very unwelcoming staff. Dunkin should be disappointed that this is who is representing them
