Took over two hours to get our food after ordering. They changed the time of delivery multiple times on UberEats. We tried calling them over 20 times to figure out what was going on, but the phone was never picked up. Terrible service but the food was good. Edit: I am changing this review to three
9 dollar delivery fee, not including service fee, tips, etc. 40 dollars for 3 lunchs is insane.
I remember going there years ago and I found their soup to be pretty good but with that said, I ordered the seafood soup this time and I didn't care for the texture of the soup with the large slices of imitation crab meat. I couldn't eat it and decided to throw away.
Spent $45 bucks only to throw the majority of the food in the trash can. The fried rice was hard , I’m not sure how old it was, it’s a shame they felt comfortable sending that out, the orange beef was... interesting... I’m not sure what that sloppy mess was but it was not like any beef I’ve ever had
Long wait, you come to do the waiting process maybe they make you wait 25 minutes for online order as well. The real thing is very bad and it is too far from the picture. Terrible service.
