Hello good morning I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to make one I went this morning may 9th 2022 at 8:20am to pick up my mobile order And the shift manager I believe her name is Joy was very disrespectful not only to me but the other customers as well! She’s loud GHETTO

Never usually have a problem here but the “manager” was very rude; was sitting in the drive through and by the time I got to the window my drink was warm; and she wouldn’t take it back or remake it plus was very unfriendly.

Tables had straws, crumpled up napkins, spills etc, but food tasted fine and it was relatively quick. Its located in the middle of the PetSmart parking lot so you will definitely find close parking.

If you need an Starbucks coffee right now then ok....otherwise drive a bit and find a better place the interior is ok but not the typical friendly work from home atmosphere. There is an outdoor section but why would you with 95 and the view of long drive through lines and traffics.

Staff is very nice (let me get this out of the way first) and polite. But... place is very dirty begging at the condiments section all the way to bathrooms. Really the worst Starbucks location consistently. Long wait times whether you order from the app ahead of time, drive thru or lobby. Always have a lot of employees so it’s just not run properly. They shut off their order ahead all the time. Always have the actual lobby closed a few times a week and

I wasnt happy that there was no line yet I had to wait some time for one of the baristas to acknowledge my presence. When one guy finally did start to take my order he was wearing a customer's sunglasses??? that she had left on the counter. Not professional. And then the sticker they put on my Sbux

Ordered at 10:04 am walked out with a blonde roast with almond milk at 10:29 management is lost here this store need some real help they were out of blinds roast so they just put my order aside until I said something then the offered me something else I think this is in acceptable
