A Hidden gem! The food is fantastic, the owner and other employees are friendly and welcoming.... The outside is deceiving, but that's not what you came for. The ONLY drawback is very limited parking.

This is a small business with delicious food. The only thing I wish could had been done differently is bringing the customers oders together not one first and then the other.people like to eat together from their own plate :-) , aside from that everything was perfect , Great food, fresh orange juice .

Love this place. Delivery is always on time and comes hot and delicious. Great breakfast and a sneaky good Mexican selection. The eggs fire have become a staple in our house. Also the churrasquitos are a great snack or appetizer. Highly highly recommend!

Buffalo chicken wrap was good. After they served us the food though service pretty much ended. I get that they don't want to rush us but it was like, half the seats were empty, there was five people on staff and 3 people just hanging around it looked like.

Although we arrived here by chance, the outside shouted, "this is our kind of place"! Unpretentious, proud, loved. Our instincts (with a buddy) were spot on. Great, friendly staff - clean, welcoming interior - and most importantly, the food was outstanding (see image). I'll be back.

We moved to NYC a year ago. We had to come up the coast for the nearby passport agency and stopped here for lunch. This meal was *hands down* the best Latin food I’ve had since coming to the east coast. Whatever you get, get a side of platanos and ask for crema to go with it. You won’t regret it.

First stop into Chef’s Diner after driving by many times with curiosity. Glad I did to discover the old-school interior, and glad I took the recommendation to order the huevos rancheros with homemade tortillas (arepa-esque), chorizo and a trio of salas that were great together. That plus a bacon egg n chz made for a solid all around breakfast. Will be back to try more from the HUGE menu.
