Really enjoyed the prix fixe menu and the drinks were good.
We personally enjoyed the food and atmosphere way more then the over hyped alternative casino restaurants.
Great service, friendly staff, delicious food, and a nice variety of wines to choose from. Only weird thing is I saw an employee exhale a huge cloud of vape smoke when exiting the kitchen and going in to the dining area. Not really something you want to see when you're trying to have an upscale, classy experience lol. Food was great though! I had the escargot, rack of lamb, and chocolate melting cake from the $70 prix fixe menu and was in food heaven. If I stay at Bally's again, I will be back.
Don't mean to ding the atmosphere and I can't pinpoint a problem but a 5 is the top of the top and I didn't have that impression. Perhaps my chair was a little low and not quite comfortable.
Steak was amazing, salad was perfect. Very tasty food, well prepared and presented.
Drinks were delicious, wine very tasty with the steak dinner.
Service was impeccable with an attentive staff.

Ciera restaurant is the hidden gem of this area of Lake Tahoe. What we anticipated was going to be so-so service and hotel steakhouse okay food turned out to be so much more!
I can't say enough positive things about this restaurant. We had such an amazing experience that we went back for a second night. You'd never know that the area was suffering from such a severe labor crisis while dining here.
Service was over the top incredible not only from the individual waiters, but because of Daryl. This man is one of a kind. His whole team appears to be radiating sunshine. Honestly, it was almost bizarre. We loved it and so did the tables around us. You leave a happier person full of fairly delicious food after dining here.

When given a choice to eat anywhere in Lake Tahoe- opt for Ciera, but make a reservation first. Ask for Daryl and tell him Ariana you. Hopefully, it'll make him smile. 10 stars for service!
I can't say enough about this place! This meal reaffirmed our faith in humanity. Wow! I have been to craft steak and Gordon Ramsay steak multiple times in top of some great steak houses in Norcal but this is the best steak house meal over all I have ever had. The chateau briand was as soft as sushi and seasoned absolutely perfectly. The veggies were cooked perfectly. The service from John and staff was incredible non protentious but attentive. The salad was dressed perfect and priced pre-covid. Best meal maybe ever definitely In the last decade. (Edit) and then we had dessert poached pear was so dynamic and delicious, and the chocolate cake was incredible as well. Will be back many times.
Went here for my wife's birthday and everything was delicious. We had the $60 prixe fixe and everything was cooked perfectly. The personalized touch was also nice they even gave her a birthday card. Small touches like that go a long way. I'll definitely come back next time in South Lake Tahoe.
My wife and I decided to take a long weekend and escape to Lake Tahoe. We wanted to have one nice dinner out and chose here. The Lobster Bisque and Seared Tuna we had to start the meal, were both outstanding. The Gorganzola and Pine Nut Sea Base was exceptional too. There was so much food, that we couldn't finish it all. Our server John was friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed on top of everything. The only draw back was customers showing up in sleeveless T-shirts and flip flops. Come on people, respect a nice restaurant with at least a polo and blue jeans. We as consumers need to dress up a little more, if only once in a while.
This place is amazing!! Every single thing they have is absolutely delicious! Our server Jon was extremely friendly and personable. It was our anniversary and they brought us out a card signed by the whole staff!! I highly recommend coming here every opportunity you get.

Great flavors in all the dishes. We enjoyed the fettuccini and the steak a lot! Their sea bass also seemed great. The portion is huge and we enjoyed every bit! The service was also good.
Worth the price and we enjoyed the amazing dinner here.
Excellent food with excellent service. $60 for the 3 course meal is a bargain compare to high end restaurants. This is definitely a must try when in Tahoe.
