I order here frequently before jumping on the bus and my order is always ready just about every time. Also my order has always been correct and the staff is very nice. I appreciate them.
Get coffee from this location every weekend and they never fail to make a bad coffee. I order through the app and my order is always ready within 2 minutes. Once in a blue moon I have had to wait longer than 5 min when the store was busy but that’s understandable.
Very disappointed that the folks at 3845 Richmond Avenue do not know the difference between tea and coffee....2 x this week they prepped an order via Grubhub that asked for an XL TEA light and sweet, and the cup, though labeled correctly, was filled with coffee. SMH. They do it often too. Thankfully

I went on Nurse Appreciation day for a free coffee and the old guy there refused me rudely, while I showed him their AD they are supposed to give a free coffee for Nurses with ID badge. Just ok. Super crowded, my drink wasn't made the way I asked, and they didn't have one of my items for my pickup order. They offered to replace it but they weren't nice about it.
