Portion sizes vary. Once I got Fish & Chicken Platter, portions were great, large. Twice now I got the same platter, both like a kids meal. If they gonna charge $13 for this platter, keep the sizes consistent.

Twice in the past two weeks they've gotten my order wrong. Today I was given a medium cup when I ordered a large, they didn't give me fries with my Fish & Fries order & denied that my order included Fries. I gave it 3 stars for the food. And I have to say that the employees were nice and friendly. I'd give it more if not for the prices.. I love the food even though it's expensive as hell and the size of some of it is small. It's still good stuff and tastes great. I love the flavor of long John's fish

Usually the food is good when I have been to Long John Silver's. But 2day it was terrible. The 3 Shrimp were very small & hard. (Hardly no meat & 3 of them didn't even make the size of one normally). Had the fried fish and hush puppies last night for dinner and it was excellent! Everything was cooked to perfection. The people that work here are very busy and yet they are so sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend.
