I used the mobile app to have food delivered to my home. The bagels were properly bagged with the everything bagels in their own bag. Unfortunately the tortellini did not have the chicken on it due to the delivery tag not having a breakdown of the order like the printed order detail page. First I was a little confused about the different registers. Can you order anything from either location? There should be a sign that says either way. I was not the only confused customer. I ordered the French onion soup and steak and white cheese with the pick 2. Onion soup was great. The steak sandwich had something on it that was sour tasting. Nothing on the menu suggested that was on it. Although most might have,liked it I would have liked the opportunity to say no to it.
Love this panera! Came in today and an older gentleman in a monitorized scooter that was low on battery came in and the manager and staff were very attentive and treated him like they would their own grandfather or father. They also brought his food and drink out for him and charge his scooter. Such kindness and care for customers! Loved this place and always will!
