We placed an order through the app at the Van Dyke Rd location. I get the notification that my order is ready. We pull up - the Quick Pick up sign in the parking lot says pick up in the store. But the doors are locked. We wait in line at the drive through - takes 10 minutes for one person to place their order. We finally pull up to the microphone and are told to pull to the window. There they tell me that (contrary to the confirmation on the app) our order is NOT ready and will take another 45 min. Owners of this franchise dont care they should be in helping these kids.
Wildly busy and very chaotic. It felt like everyone was new and no one was in charge. Having said that, those kids were super friendly and trying their honest best. They got everything right and we went on our way. Whoever was working Saturday evening, give them a raise!
