Stopped in to try the New Waygu Burger,Taste was excellent but I wonder y you have to Ruin the burger with all that sauce,My bread was soggy I mean come on what's the point if it's a good burger you don't need all that sauce,I had sauce on every finger and I ate it with a fork figure that one out,on

Whats to say. Its Arby's. These are really hard to review as they are frequently the same. The staff was nice. Service was quick and the food was good. If you are in the area and have Arby's on the nrain stop by im sure the folks will be happy to help you.

Nothing like a 10 minute wait for 2 sliders. 3 vehicles all parked around the place so they can keep the drive thru timer low. What a load of garbage. Will never visit this location again for sure.

I had no problem at this location. I thought I'd be waiting for an order as the two vehicles in front of me got parked. I did not wait was in and gon super fast.

Went through the drive thru, during g lunch. Line was long but moved fairly quickly. Food was hot and the 1/2 pound beef and cheddar was 1/2 pound. Really like this location.

I love the employees who work at the Arby's Plumbrook location in Sterling Heights. They are very customer oriented, prompt, and friendly. I live closer to another Arby's, but frequent the Plumbrook location for this reason along with their food is fresh, and they never mess up my order. Thank you f

Avoid this place if you can. Woman taking my order snapped at me for no reason (former fast food worker, I would never be a Karen) and store hours are terrible. Roast beef is always cut too thick, employees will give you attitude if you ask for thin slice. Can tell establishment is dying for labor b
