I tried the Julian, which had pepperoni, sausage, onions, and tomatoes. The brick oven style pizza really hit the spot. All the flavors meshed together, and none overpowered the others.
There was only one employee running the cashier and the oven on the front side, which was ok because it was slow when I went in. She was nice and helpful. She worked very well on the phone, registered, and oven. My food was actually done faster than I thought it would be.
The atmosphere was laid back because it was close to closing. But the other customers that came in were help quickly and served efficiently. Overall, I really like this place and I would go back.
A pretty solid oven pizza place. Food is good and reasonably priced, with huge portions!
Service was prompt and courteous, but the place is a bit underwhelming. Maybe it's just from visiting at the wee hours. But it's good.
Oh man... great awesome artisan rustic pizza. The pizza is actually baked in a brick oven. ⭐️ The crust, the marinara, the cheese and ingredients are top notch. 🙌🏻 Customer service was outstanding and the place is very clean. Price is moderate. Good for the whole family. I strongly suggest. 👍🏻
Absolutely delicious pizza! My party had the Julian pizza and did not regret it. All the ingredients are organic and made fresh in the amazing 27 year old brick oven pizza. The sausage and pepperoni were decadent and paired spectacularly with the thinly sliced zucchini and red potato toppings. The cheese was of perfect consistency and didn't pool with grease, and the crust was equally ideal in texture and thickness. They also offer gluten free, which we didn't try but looked just as appealing. The staff and particularly the owner lady who took our order and helped cook were all lovely. She was friendly, helpful, and all around adorable with dough on her face and apron and expressed genuine love and pride in the food prepared. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone in the Ashburn area looking for scrumptious pizza!

The commitment to non-GMO and organic ingredients is evident in every bite. The crust, perfectly charred and chewy, speaks to the quality of organic flour used, offering a flavorful base that elevates every topping. The tomatoes are evidently garden-fresh, providing a sauce that is both vibrant and robust, while the cheese melts into a creamy delight, all thanks to the premium, organic dairy.
What truly stands out is the meticulous craftsmanship of the pizza. Each slice boasts a harmonious blend of flavors, ensuring that the freshness of the ingredients shines through splendidly. The vegetables burst with natural sweetness, and the meats are succulent and seasoned to perfection.

First time trying here, and was drawn in by the organic ingredients (can’t find those anywhere in a restaurant), small, women owned business. The food was delicious, the sub bread was SO fresh and delicious. Great customer service, would highly recommend.
Emilio's is a hidden gem. I have been a customer for over 20 years now and have always had an amazing pizza! The Julian is our family favourite!
Wonderful little pizza spot! The ingredients are fresh and the dough is really light and flavorful. So warm and welcoming there.
Emilio's Brick Oven Pizza located off of Davis Drive in Sterling, VA is a hidden gem in the Belfort Park Plaza. Oddly that this restaurant is located here in such a desolate area, but with that said has a large following of patrons that don't seem to mind where it is located. And the reason why? The food is outstandingand prepared fresh everyday. I had the pleasure of coming here in the late afternoon because I was feeling like eating Italian. I am glad I did the did was great and memorable. So, good I had Tribble standing from his filling the food is. I ordered the meatball, which consists of 4 meatballs and a dipping sauce it sat in, surrounded by baked bread with mozzarella melted on it. I also ordered the Juliano pizza, which I didn't really need to had I known I wood be stuffed, but I did. Needless to say, the pizza was good too. This was suggested to me by a patron in line. Anyway, don't miss out on an opportunity to patronize this place - it's an open restaurant with not an appealing decor, but the did make up for that tremendously. One more thing is on the expensive side, but worth it.
I've heard about this place from my friend who seen it on TikTok. They are very hospitable and friendly, and are big on nearly everything being authentic, homemade, organic, and Italian.
I ordered the Julian small pizza, and it was very good, I have a big appetite so I finished it off with Tiramisu which was good.
If there were any criticism to be made, I'd say the Tiramisu, although good, perhaps could be better. Along with its serving, it was served in a small cup. Also, there could be a bit more mozzarella on the pizza. But these are all small details, overall it was great and I'd recommend it to anyone that wants to try quality pizza and Italian food in the area.
So I finally got to try this place out. I had heard about it before, but just never had the time. Until tonight!!! Worth the wait. Everything is organic.
We started with a small for each. I had the "Eveline"my friend had the "Roma". They were both so good, we ordered another small which was the "Tre Formaggi." Let me tell you you I think the last one was my favorite. The garlic was just right for me. The cheese mixed together were heaven. The crust cooked to perfection!!!
Roya the owner and chef was so friendly. We had a great conversation with her. She had a great story. I learned that she speaks 5 languages and she cooks amazing pizza. I want to try other things on her menu as well. I will be back. I recommend you go!!!
Hidden between Sterling Blvd., Church Road and parallel to Route 28. On the same plaza as Belfort Furniture, this is one true family welcoming brick oven, wood flavored Pizza!
The pie dough is absolutely the best! Every pie is fresh and made to order. The pie sauce is carefully balanced and tasteful.
The Italian birra selection is light but full lager flavored.
The service is absolutely friendly either for sitting in or take out.
If you love Pizza you will most definitely love Emilo's Brick Oven Pizza on Shaw Road, in Sterling!

Roya is such a gracious host! She welcomed our large group in with such enthusiasm and cared for us like we were family! The environment is so welcoming and homey, you NEED to try this restaurant!!!!
Had a really good experience here during a team lunch, the pizza was delicious, tomato sauce was sweet and robust, cheese and toppings just went well together, the Parmesan cheese on the tables are hand ground, Food was definitely fantastic, My only complaint was the restaurant was a bit cluttered with paintings and frames and stuff.
