Typical Santini, the store is not as clean as I expected.
The food was the same, and the cashier and store associates were ok, but not great.
The best way to describe what people think of Santinis is how it looked on a Saturday night recently, packed from counter to door. Every seat was full. This is a casual pizza place with a really good steak and cheese. Must try their desserts, so good.
Decent deli with a good selection of sandwiches and pizza.
Oh man, awesome place. From pizzas, calzones to subs. All New York style. Very clean and customer service was on point. Great tasting food all around. Price is moderate. Good for the whole family. I strongly suggest. 👍🏻

Santini's New York Style Deli located in Sterling, VA is reminiscent of the New York delis in many respects, but from an ambiance perspective its not the same. Not to say that is a problem, I am very familiar with delis in New York. This deli is laid back and pleasant with a very friendly staff. The interior of it is better than any New York deli I've seen, so that's a plus. The decorative she of the restaurant is New York teams, so if your missing home you won't here. The pictures,pictures, and televisions running sports activities is not overbearing, but subtle so as not to alienate non-sports enthusiasts. Now, the food is good, with a variety of choices of a local pizzeria. But be advised the servings are large, so you'd better come with an appetite. I ordered the Santini calzone with pepperoni, Italian sausage with ricotta cheese and mozzarella. It's large an appetizing especially with the Mariana sauce on the side served warm. So, I have then the tasting I did because the overtake experience was very good.
Great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a bit busy for lunch, folks were seated and taking orders to go. I ordered a lamb gyro, fries and a drink. It was all a la carte instead of a combo. Plenty of food to keep you full. Tasty, hot food. The employees were nice, pleasant and helpful.
Santini's is a New York area Pizzeria themed restaurant. It is not the best pizza in the world, but it might be your favorite in Virginia. My favorite food there are the hot sandwiches. They serve beer and wine and they have an assortment of layer cakes for dessert. And TVs turned to sports channels.

I tried their philly cheesteak and it was awesome! The 8 inch is enough but if youre truly hungry for the footlong. It is mostly self-served but the contact with the staff was excellent.
Great for a quick sit down lunch. I love their extensive menu; something for everyone.
Curly fries are always crispy. The sandwiches are consistently good. New Yorker is my favorite
We love getting their cheese-steak sandwiches. It's so good I have never tried anything else.
It's a bit pricey, but for the quality of the sandwich, it is definitely worth it. All their subs are so good. I just tried the Sicilian, and it was delicious. I also think they have the best N.Y. style pizza in the area (at a great value).
