Oh i simply loved this ice cream place, very cozy and well located next to pizza shop and regal cinemas. Its amazing flavors were too yummy to resist. The staff was very courteous and served fresh and good quantity. The restroom was also very clean.
came here last night with friends. love how they have diary free options, my friend is lactose. I got the seasonal boo batter which was delicious- but it does mess with your tummy the next day. Staff was nice, just think the location is in a sketchy creepy area. Place was clean too and ate our ice cream inside.
Our experience was not bad. We ended up going about 30 minutes til closing time. It was pretty packed with a large family, so we waited in line for about a good 10 minutes. There were two people working behind the counter, which is typically the case in most places like that at closing time, so it wasn’t their fault they got slammed last minute. I know the feeling as I work at Starbucks Coffee.
The staff was friendly, the ice cream was good. The only complaint I would say is the location is kind of awkward. Also, the establishment itself is very small. The family in front of us a lot of rowdy children the kept bumping into us, and the chairs were in the que line, but there was no room to put them — little claustrophobic. Other than that it’s fine!
Half melted ice cream with pieces of ice in it pretty odd I probably won’t come back

I prefer Dairy Queen for most of my custard ice cream, but cold stone has good ice cream for the occasion will treat. I don't like a lot of Aden's so it's not really my thing. But the ice cream is very good and the counter people are friendly. Cost is in line for what you get. I would recommend
Of course, the ice cream is expensive! But, the kids love it, what else is left to say. The ice cream is delicious too. Sometimes, this place can be understaffed, so the ordering may take time. There are seating arrangements inside and outside the establishment. Enjoy.
This specific location have great staff. They are always friendly. Not to mention delicious creamy icecream. They don't have Banana Split on the menu however you can ask to have it done.
My favourite Ice Cream is Dark Chocolate, which i have been having for the past few years. Today i had the same here, which is not available almost anywhere around and i will continue to have it. The staff is always with a smile. Thank you Cold Stone.
Cold, Stone and creamy hand served served on a frozen block of granite....mmm.....granite. Who doesn't love the added flavor of granite!? But seriously, this place is awesome...just don't come here on a tight budget.
