the five guys here is always pricey but that's what comes with eating at five guys. i dont know what happened to their pricing but now its out the wazoo. the burgers are still good and they still give you a bunch of fries if you order some within the bag.

I was craving for a hamburger, not the notable fast-food chain burgers, but something fresh. I came to the conclusion that Five Guys would be that location. Located in the Potomac Run shopping center,I decided this welts possibly satisfy my craving. As you walk in the place is very clean, COVID-19 ready and a healthy sized staff. I ordered my cheeseburger with the works, but I worsted a long time for the order to be fulfilled. With that said, I watched as my food was finally being prepared as other customers started coming in. I noticed that the staff was stacking the orders to pass then out, I didn't think this was a good idea because when u ordered my food there was one customer behind me. So, I had to wait. When a manner should up the orders were distributed - but I'm sure this was just a lack of communication that the did was distributed in this fashion. In any case, the food was good and prepared to my satisfaction and rightly so, got the spot. Now, all Five Guys in general serve great hamburgers with fries and their a reputable fast food organization, so you'll get what you pay for. I would've given them the full five-star rating, but the delay in order distribution was slightly disappointing, but that didn't mean I quotient come back. I would and I will. So, if you're in the area, stop in and enjoy the hamburgers and fries.
I prefer Shake Shack. But there's not a Shake Shack in Sterling, as of yet there's talk about one coming, which makes me very excited, but I'm a big fan of Five Guys also.
I've gone to this location many times. The food is often very good and staffs have excellent customer service. Because I have gone many times, there were a few times my order was wrong. But managers/supervisors have always done what is right to resolve the issue. I always appreciate places that do what is right for the customer instead of being defensive on their mistakes.
Great burgers and love the Cajun fries. Never disappointed with Five Guys!
Fast service, no lines. Great burgers and fries as always, tried the pb shake and it's very good. They let you take peanuts 🥜 home (nice) but not eat them in the restaurant.
Have you ever ordered from other locations of a chain and then you find one that just makes you question the universe? This Five Guys was absolutely remarkable!!! Extremely friendly staff! Very clean facility! Fresh, hot food! Best service ever! And I know I sound crazy cause this is a fast food burger joint, but this Five Guys location beats all other locations hands down. Keep it up!
Noah and his team were great. The restaurant was spotless and the food was perfect.
The food is great for pick up and ordering on the spot. It's very fresh and the load of fries they give is forgiving lol. They give you so much.
My only complaint is how Catty the ladies working on the food can be about the customers, and how salty the food can be sometimes..
It's five guys, great burgers if you're in the mood for it. Warning, these things are more filling than they look, and they load you up with really good fries, but if you're hungry it's a great place. This one in particular is always very fast and has great service. The shakes are real ice cream, the Oreo one is fantastic!

Great management. They always remember my order. Food is hot and delicious. 5 guys is the 2nd Best Fast Food Burger. Only The Wagu Burger from Arby's Tasted Better . Their Cajun fries are Great. However you Better be Drinking multiple refills.

This place is great. They are quick, friendly and clean. I love that Five Guys has a lettuce wrap option for their burgers. Makes Keto easy and delicious and they don't skimp on the lettuce, it's a complete wrap!
