Have you ever ordered from other locations of a chain and then you find one that just makes you question the universe? This Five Guys was absolutely remarkable!!! Extremely friendly staff! Very clean facility! Fresh, hot food! Best service ever! And I know I sound crazy cause this is a fast food burger joint, but this Five Guys location beats all other locations hands down. Keep it up!

It's five guys, great burgers if you're in the mood for it. Warning, these things are more filling than they look, and they load you up with really good fries, but if you're hungry it's a great place. This one in particular is always very fast and has great service. The shakes are real ice cream, the Oreo one is fantastic!

I've gone to this location many times. The food is often very good and staffs have excellent customer service. Because I have gone many times, there were a few times my order was wrong. But managers/supervisors have always done what is right to resolve the issue. I always appreciate places that do what is right for the customer instead of being defensive on their mistakes.

I was craving for a hamburger, not the notable fast-food chain burgers, but something fresh. I came to the conclusion that Five Guys would be that location. Located in the Potomac Run shopping center,I decided this welts possibly satisfy my craving. As you walk in the place is very clean, COVID-19 ready and a healthy sized staff. I ordered my cheeseburger with the works, but I worsted a long time for the order to be fulfilled. With that said, I watched as my food was finally being prepared as other customers started coming in. I noticed that the staff was stacking the orders to pass then out, I didn't think this was a good idea because when u ordered my food there was one customer behind me. So, I had to wait. When a manner should up the orders were distributed - but I'm sure this was just a lack of communication that the did was distributed in this fashion. In any case, the food was good and prepared to my satisfaction and rightly so, got the spot. Now, all Five Guys in general serve great hamburgers with fries and their a reputable fast food organization, so you'll get what you pay for. I would've given them the full five-star rating, but the delay in order distribution was slightly disappointing, but that didn't mean I quotient come back. I would and I will. So, if you're in the area, stop in and enjoy the hamburgers and fries.
