This restaurant is located in food court in Dulles town center mall. It is my favorite one. My loved menu is chicken and shrimp teriyaki w/ vegetable. The taste is always awesome. The price is cheap.
Food and service were very good, but some dumb YouTuber kept harassing people in the Food Court. I'm surprised he hasn't been shot yet.
I feel like this place is a hit or miss. I’ve been there three times now. The first time it was amazing, the last two times not so much. In my first visit, we had sushi and it was great! Tasted good and was freshness In my second visit, the chicken teriyaki wasn’t fully cooked and had fatty pieces. The sushi didn’t feel fresh and was lacking flavor too.
I will consider Sarku a fast food restaurant and honestly prefer to eat there when in a hurry rather than a hamburger or chicken joint. They do give you a lot of food for the price you pay and is always well seasoned and fresh the menu is kind of limited but service has always been fast and friendly.
Do not expect full service or attention of a regular restaurant after all it is a fast food establisment.
Food is really good. Chicken thighs are solid. People complaining about workers lack of enthusiasm is funny, they work in a food court, don’t expect Chic Fil a butt kissing. Order food, eat it and shuttie. Always decent grub here. Chicken Teriyaki is great.
