We came in and were seated pretty quickly. The server was prompt to our table with our drinks and took our order. The atmosphere was warm and fun. We could over hear the employees, they clearly enjoyed their work. The server checked in regularly and typed of our drinks as needed.

I came here for lunch a couple times in the past 2 weeks. My waitress Dawn was one of the most kind people I’ve ever met. The entire staff was so accommodating even for 1 person going to lunch. This staff is one to be proud of and will do anything to make sure the customer leaves satisfied.
I've only been here a few times over the years, but wished I had a chance to go more often. The staff is the most friendly staff I have ever seen at any restaurant. My family and I were there Easter Sunday for breakfast and all of us really enjoyed all the people that worked there. I wish I lived
Last time we were there, we had ordered the honey chicken family meal. Chicken was old and tough. The mashed potatoes were cold. Obviously they don't care about getting bad reviews.
The food was terrible! I ordered a BLT. The bread was burnt bad & the bacon was burnt to a crisp and very greasy. First time in a restaurant since the covid-19 hit. The staff and waitresses had their masks 😷 on and had the 6 feet distance happening. Ooo yes the food was great.too!

On Sunday, March 6 we were running behind because we were at an all day volleyball tournament. We hadn't eaten except snacks all day. We arrived at Bob Evans in Steubenville at 7:05pm and the sign posted said closes at 8pm. The hostess told us they were running 30 minutes behind due to online orders
